Miles and miles of small neighborhood canals like in Venice.
Silkworms....8 cocoons make one strand of silk thread. 3000 of them create a small square silk scarf!
The second tallest building in the world, in the second largest city, Shanghai....a large can opener. =]
We rode the Maglev (magnetic levitation) train...245 miles per hour...fastest in the world. It feels like you are going to take off like in an airplane. It goes from Shanghai to the out of town airport. Great stuff, glad to be home.
